Coconut Oil Is A Saturated Fat That Makes You Healthy

Worried about saturated fats?  It turns out that some are actually good for you.  Coconut “oil” is one of the healthy ones.

Coconut oil is solid at room temperature but melts easily to cook with or to spread on your toast, oatmeal or pancakes. And it has no trans-fats.  Trans-fats are what make saturated fats b-a-d.

Some brands of coconut oil are refined and taste and smell like “nothing.” 🙁  I like the unrefined coconut oil because it smells and tastes like real coconut (which it was made from.)  And I LIKE coconut!

Mmmmm.  Coconut!  Tastes good and good for you, too! 🙂

By the way, there are health professionals who won’t and don’t believe this.  That’s okay.  It’s a free country.  But you get to choose what to put into your body.

There is a lot of information–and mis-information–about what a healthy diet really is.  Do your best to Eat Real and Eat For Health.
