Hi Tristan,

I&#039;m with you; aspartame is bad.  It can cause migraines and head pain.  It has no value in my mind.  But the natural sweeteners, when needed, can be good.  Xylitol kills bad bacteria and so does honey.  But when we think of it, the things that aspartame are in aren&#039;t good for us in the first place.  Taking things with little or no food value and adding additional chemicals doesn&#039;t make much sense.

The link that you included in your comment didn&#039;t work for me.  If you would like to resend it I will try to review it again.
