Your Posture Is Causing Your Headaches!

She told me she, “never dreamed that her posture could be causing her head pain.”

Here you are reading this article about headaches and posture.  Stop!  Look at yourself.

How’s your posture?

Are you slumped and slouching?  Is your back rounded?

Where are your shoulders?  Are they hiked to your ears or rounded forward?

Are you sitting on your tailbone instead of on your sit-bones?

Are you using a laptop?

Did you know that poor posture causes headaches?

I remember getting an email from a young woman a few years ago and she said she, “never dreamed that her posture could be causing her head pain.”

Unfortunately, most doctors don’t realize that posture could be causing your head pain, either.  🙁  How come?  It’s just not what’s taught in Med School.

Even if it was taught, doctors are so terribly busy that they don’t have time to assess your posture and give you advice about what to do.

When your posture is poor, it strains muscles in your neck, your shoulders, your back and the base of your skull.  ANY of those muscles can cause headaches.  In fact, they all do!

Correcting your posture will take the strain off your muscles so they will stop complaining by causing your headaches.  You CAN get rid of your headaches naturally!
